How do I book a hens or bucks party with Send It Events

What’s included in a standard package?
Most packages include venue bookings, activities, transport, and optional add-ons like catering, entertainment, or hosts.
Can we customise our own party experience?
Absolutely! All packages are flexible — we’ll tailor everything to suit your group, budget, and vibe.
Do you cater for mixed gender or joint hens & bucks events?
Yes — we love planning combined events and will customise the perfect experience for both sides of the party.
What group sizes do you cater for?
From intimate groups of 5 to full-blown send-offs of 40+, we scale everything to fit your crew comfortably.
Do you only operate in Brisbane and the Gold Coast?
We also plan epic parties in Sydney and Melbourne — and we’re always adding new destinations.
Do we need to organise our own transport?
Not at all — limo hire, party buses, or private transfers are included or available in most packages.
Can we BYO alcohol or food?
Some venues allow BYO, others don’t — we’ll let you know all the rules when planning your itinerary.
Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes — a small deposit locks in your date and activities. Final payment deadlines vary by package.
What happens if someone drops out?
We’re flexible — let us know ASAP and we’ll adjust your quote or booking where possible.
Do you provide topless waitresses or cheeky entertainment?
We sure do. Choose from trusted providers for topless waitstaff, life drawing, male revues, or full party shows.
Are there PG or low-key options for more relaxed groups?
Definitely. Think spa days, bottomless brunches, winery tours, paint & sip nights, and more.
Can we book multiple activities in one day?
Of course! We’ll schedule everything to keep your day running smoothly, with enough chill time between.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations vary by vendor — but we’ll always try to recover any refundable amounts for you.
Can you help with accommodation too?
Yes! We work with group-friendly stays across all major cities and can package it with your event.
